Large contemporary five bedroom holiday home in Milford on Sea close to the beach and village centre, accommodating up to ten guests with three bathrooms including two with en-suites. Downstairs the comfortably furnished lounge has an open fire at its heart for those chillier evenings. A children’s’ games room has a pool table, and a light-filled conservatory opens up onto the wrap-around gardens.

Outside
The southerly facing enclosed gardens surround the property. There is a paved area with outdoor dining set and barbecue, and a bench under the verandah for shade. The remainder of the gardens are laid to lawn, with a swing secured to one of the trees bordering the garden. Upstairs a balcony leads off the master bedroom.

Please ensure children are supervised at all times whilst in the garden.

Parking
There is parking for 3 cars on the private gated driveway with further parking in the road outside.
