Lovely pet friendly holiday home in Cornwall for four guests, within easy reach of Mawgan Porth (5km) featuring an open-plan lounge with garden views and a large terrace overlooking a sprawling lawn, it has plenty of space for relaxation, whether keeping cosy inside, or enjoying fresh-air dining and games in the sunshine.

The property also features a private field for guests’ use which is just across the road. Here you can picnic, lounge in the sunshine, walk the dogs, or savour sundowners as the evenings set in. With all you need for home cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is open plan with the lounge and has a dining area alongside so you can enjoy meals together. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and include a king size and twin. There’s also a handy office off the twin room which is convenient for anyone needing to work during their stay.

The garden is enclosed with a low fence and is accessed from the lounge / front door. This property also provides the use of a field on the opposite side of the road. It’s the perfect space for walking the dog, picnics and games. Please note that this area isn’t secure so dogs and children will need to be supervised

Parking
Parking for one car on the private drive to the front of the property, with a second allocated parking space located a minutes’ walk up the road. This space is marked ‘Samson’ and is for the sole use of guests staying at the property
