Hampshire well-equipped two-bedroom apartment in Lymington situated in a small complex with private parking and communal gardens featuring a south facing balcony overlooking the Lymington River.

An open plan living space includes comfortable seating, a small dining table and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, a king and a twin, a modern shower room with large walk-in shower enclosure and a separate cloakroom.

From the apartment take a 5-minute stroll to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal, where you can travel as a foot passenger or with your car across The Solent to Yarmouth for an exciting day out! The Ferryman pub is located at the end of the driveway, a popular gastro pub, with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Within a 15 walk to the popular Georgian High Street, you will find a selection of restaurants, pubs, café’s and independent shops. The Saturday Charter Market is well-worth a visit, with a vast array of stalls lining the main street. The New Forest National Park is within a five-minute drive, with miles of heathland to explore on foot or bicycle amongst the free-roaming ponies, cows and donkeys.

Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Shower room includes walk-in shower enclosure, heated towel rail, basin & WC.
Cloakroom with hand basin and WC.

Outside
A private south-facing balcony with outdoor dining set overlooks the Lymington River, with views of moored boats, The Solent and Isle of Wight in the distance, and Lymington Town Quay to the side. There are communal gardens surrounding the apartment building. A local train between the ferry terminal and Brockenhurst passes the apartment block with minimal noise impact.

Parking
There is parking outside within the apartment grounds for one car and a visitor space if needed.

Pets: Not accepted
Children: All ages welcome. High chair and bed guard available but there is no room for a travel cot in the bedrooms.
EV Charging: Not available at this property. There are EV Charging points at the ferry terminal car park, just a couple of minutes away, which are available to the public.
Short Breaks: Available all year round.
Beaches: Milford on Sea 4 miles, Barton on Sea 7 miles, Highcliffe 9 miles.
Local Facilities: The Ferryman pub – 2 minute walk, Elmers Court bar and restaurant – 5 minute walk. Shops, pubs, café’s and restaurants in Lymington High Street -15 minutes’ walk or 2 minutes on the train which leaves twice every hour from nearby Lymington Pier station, where you will also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal – 5 minute walk.
