Outside staircase leads to a Lobby area on the first floor.

Lounge Open plan design with sofas, Flatscreen TV, DVD and films. 180 degree view of harbour, beach and Lyme Bay.
Kitchen/diner with fully fitted units, cooker, hob, dishwasher, Smeg fridge with ice box and microwave. Dining table seats up to 6 guests.
Bedroom 1 with 5ft King size bed.
Bedroom 2 with triple sleeper bunk bed (single over 4ft 6inch bed).
Family bathroom with stand alone claw feet bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside
Balcony, accessible from both bedrooms.

Parking
There is a public car park nearby (Monmouth beach). Seasonal restrictions apply to street parking in the vicinity.

Please do not use the private car park with chains across (next to the apartment).

If you don’t mind a walk up the hill, there is the Holmbush car park where you can park – contact us for more details.

There is a nearby private car park where visitors can park for a weekly fee.

Electric Cars: – Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.
