External stairs to second floor entrance. A well equipped, spacious apartment delivering the basic necessities:
Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, radio, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, table to seat 4 guests, breakfast bar with two stools, freeview TV.
Lounge with futon sofas, chair, window seats, Smart TV, DVD player, large dining table to seat 7 guests and Sea Views.
Internal Stairs to Rooftop Terrace.
Bedroom 1 with double 4ft 6inch bed and Sea Views.
En-suite with shower over bath, hand-basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with single 3ft bed and full length 2ft 6inch bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft single beds.
Family bathroom with shower over corner bath, wash-basin only. Please note: there is no WC (separate).
Cloakroom with wash-basin and WC.

Please note that the maximum number of adults allowed at the property is 5. Infants are to be counted within the normal occupancy figures (7 people in total).

Outside
The spacious Rooftop Terrace has spectacular sea views of Lyme Bay, the Heritage Coastline, harbour and the Famous Cobb of Lyme Regis. On a clear day views of Golden Cap and Isle of Portland are stunning. There is also an external terrace with a small sitting area by the kitchen, which catches the evening sun and looks towards Monmouth beach. Picnic benches, sun loungers, charcoal BBQ and chairs provided in the warmer climes. Children must be supervised at all times.

Parking
Private parking space for one car at Holmbush car park, above the Cobb/Harbour.

Additional short stay parking is available nearby in Monmouth beach public car park. There is also a private car park a short distance up Cobb Hill from the property, where visitors can park for a daily or weekly fee, called Undercliff – contact us for more details.

Electric Cars: – Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.

Rooftop Terrace: At certain times, particularly in the winter months, the roof terrace cannot be used due to high winds or rain. Access windows work on gas struts but can be heavy – care must be taken. Children must be supervised at all times.
