Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6inch double bed and Smart TV and En-suite shower room with WC, heated towel rail.and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft beds.
Bedroom 3 with full size bunk beds. Please note: top bunk is not recommended for a full size adult due to low ceiling height.
Family shower room with WC and wash basin, heated towel rail.

Please note; La Casa is a first floor apartment with stairs leading to the entrance door. There is a high kerb to pavement height of 16 inches outside the property.

Outside
At the front of the property is a shared sunny patio garden with seating. There is a new balcony for 2024 accessible from the kitchen.

Parking
There is a public car park very nearby (Monmouth beach). If you don’t mind a walk up the hill, there is the Holmbush long stay car park – contact us for more details. To the rear of the apartment there is also a private car park where visitors can park for a weekly fee (subject to availability).

Please note: that from October 1st – March 14th parking is allowed on the double yellow lines on the road side, subject to availability. Please take notice of local traffic signs.
