Family bathroom with wash-hand basin, bath and shower attachment. There is a separate WC.

Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft beds and rooftop views of the sea and cliffs.

Please note that the property is approached up a slope and has 5 steps leading up to the property with a deep step leading to the kitchen/diner and downstairs shower room.

Outside
There is a patio area to the side and a small backyard is available for drying clothes.

Parking
There is a garage to the front of the property for parking one average size family car. Garage dimensions are 1.85m H, 2.12m W, 5m L. If there are further cars, we suggest the nearby car park in Hill Road where weekly permits are available to purchase.
