Lyme Regis child friendly two bed cottage ideal for couples or families, sleeps 5 with parking and WiFi, located in a quiet lane in the heart of town. The seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens are all just a stone’s throw from the cottage.

Accommodation
Front door to hallway,
Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Lounge with sofas, flat screen TV and DVD, electric fire.
French doors open into the conservatory with table and chairs and sliding doors to the patio.
Ground floor cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
Stairs to first floor.
Bedroom 1 with two 3ft single beds and a 3ft day bed. Small balcony with french doors and views across the rooftops with glimpses of the sea.
Bedroom 2 has a 4ft 6inch double bed and access to the
Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash basin. Jack and Jill design which can be accessed from both bedrooms.

Outside
Sliding doors from the conservatory lead out on to a paved patio area. There is also a large south facing garden which has been put down to shingle, in which to sit and relax. Views across the town’s rooftops to the coast beyond.

Parking
A parking permit is available at Woodmead car park, Hill Rd, DT7 3PG.
