A pretty and cosy cottage in the heart of Lyme Regis, newly built but in a traditional style this cottage has everything you would need from a holiday cottage. The open plan ground floor has a well equipped kitchen area, with dining area and comfortable sitting area. Upstairs a double bedroom and modern shower room have been cleverly built into the roof space though the head height is slightly reduced in places. A table and chairs outside the front door, in the entrance area (with some shared access for the neighbouring house) provides a spot to sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Please note, the property is not suitable for children and that there is no space for a cot.
