Additional
Residents Beach*: A small beach, which is accessible only from the lagoon side of the property, and not the marina. It can be tricky to get to at very high tide as the water comes to the edge of the decking of the next few houses. It is sand, though does often have shells and seaweed on it. It’s not Sandbanks Beach but is ideal for a paddle! Sandbanks Beach is a 20-minute walk.
