Sandy Summerleaze Beach with its famous sea pool, the town’s main shopping area, canal, local cafes, delightful eateries and the links golf course are all within 500 metres of the door. You may decide not to use your car all holiday but if you want to explore further, Bude is conveniently located for touring both Cornwall and North Devon. Days out could include visits to the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties, all within 25 miles.

Step inside this stunning, second-floor, contemporary apartment and you will first find yourself in a beautifully light and airy open-plan kitchen and living area with panoramic views of the golf course, beach and cliffs. Another lovely feature of this room is that you can bring the outside in by opening up the triple sliding doors onto the south-facing balcony with its garden furniture and gorgeous ocean views. The kitchen area is perfectly appointed, offering a great selection of high-end appliances including a boiling water tap, an electric oven, an electric combination microwave oven, an electric induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There are two beautifully spacious bedrooms at the back of the apartment, with rear views overlooking the coastal path on the cliff tops. One bedroom has a super-king bed with an en-suite shower room with a rain shower. The second bedroom also has a super-king bed (which can be made up into a twin upon request).

Directly outside this bedroom is another exterior bathroom with a rain shower over the bath. To the rear of the building, there are communal showers and a storage space private to the apartment, which is an ideal spot to clean and store wetsuits and bodyboards for those days spent at the beach.
