Positioned on the ground floor, this apartment is one of the largest in the building, and offers spacious open plan living cooking and dining, all with wide sea views of Tor Bay as the backdrop. Large sliding doors from the lounge out to the terrace mean that when the weather is warm, guests can enjoy that quintessential inside / outside lifestyle so that days are filled with relaxation in the sunshine, and evenings with sundowners and conversation, a glass of bubbly in hand.
Superbly equipped, the apartment boasts a range of features to keep guests ultra comfy during their stay including a luxurious beds, a fully kitted-out kitchen, chic family shower room, and a range of gorgeous furnishings throughout. A Smart TV and Bose sound system in the living room make down time a sociable affair, and with TV’s in both the bedrooms as well, guests can enjoy their own private space when it’s time to unwind.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning.
