Set within 100 acres of lush Devonshire landscape yet within just 2 miles of Woolacombe Beach, the beautifully styled and equipped No. 8 The Vista is the perfect base from which to relish all that the incredible North Devon coastline has to offer. Designed with complete comfort in mind, this home is awash with the very best of fittings and furnishings throughout including a Smart TV and streaming devices to keep both adults and children entertained. A wonderful double volume open plan living / dining / cooking space with sliding doors leading outside is ideal for indoor / outdoor entertaining, and the private terrace which catches all the afternoon sun means you can BBQ, relax and unwind to your heart’s content.

Four luxury bedrooms offer guests their own sumptuous retreats to return to after days spent down at the beach or exploring the area, with a twin and king on the ground, and another twin and king upstairs. Both twin rooms can be reconfigured to super kings to suit all groups of guests so whether you’re a large family or four couples, the house can be tailored to your individual needs.

In the heart of the countryside, Willingcott has extensive shared grounds as well as plenty of opportunity for outdoor excursions like walking routes and cycle tracks. The Tarka Trail runs right past the site, while the South West Coast Path is within easy reach. Woolacombe’s beach which has been awarded ‘World Class Surfing Reserve’ is within a few minute’s drive so for those who love surfing, sunbathing and sandcastle building, it’s an excellent spot for family days out. Well-known for its other beaches too, the area boasts several sheltered bays including Barricane and Lee Bay, as well as the lovely Putsborough and Saunton Sands.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (this should show as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no claim. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
