Positioned on the ground floor of a New England style apartment building, this apartment is all on one level and has a fabulous terrace running its entire length as well as a private garden with lawn and raised beds. Sliding doors give access from the living room and bedrooms to the outside, where a bubbling hot tub and contemporary outdoor furniture create the perfect sun trap for enjoying fresh air dining or a relaxing soak.

Inside, the living area is open plan and airy with two sink-in sofas and a large coffee table, while the sleek, neatly proportioned kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a lavish feast. The open plan dining room with its chunky Provencal table and six beautifully upholstered chairs is an inviting space for spending time together, while three superior bedrooms offer guests their own sanctuaries to retreat to after days spent down on the beach.

Sophisticated wallpaper designs, upholstered headboards, pintuck cotton bedding and damask soft furnishings lend a luxuriously tactile quality to each of the bedrooms, while the quiet setting and garden views inspire complete relaxation and lazy mornings spent in bed.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas

Porthminster Beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk, as well as the local tennis club. St Ives Leisure Centre is 7 minutes’ walk away.

There is one allocated parking space plus 2 visitor spaces on a first come, first served basis
