Adjacent lies the large separate kitchen / diner, and both rooms have access out to the garden through French doors which, on bright days can be opened to extend the indoor living / entertaining spaces outside.
The home’s four beautiful bedrooms comprise two doubles and two twins, with the stunning master suite having its own bathroom. There’s a separate office space for guests who need to stay in touch with work, as well as a large family bathroom with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Designed to provide entertainment for children as well as adults, the home’s garden features a sprawling lawn as well as a Wendy house and two swings. The cottage also welcomes two dogs so the outside space on offer is ideal for letting four-legged guests stretch their legs between their daily walks. You’ll also find a grown-up swing-chair where you can savour the sunshine, table tennis in the garage, and a spacious hot tub for lazily soaking in while the designated cook rustles up lunch.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.

Property surroundings: Cherry Tree Gardening services will be at the property to cut the lawn every other Monday, or Tuesday if Money happens to be a bank holiday. They will only be in the garden area for an hour and will do their best not to disturb you but if this is going to be particularly inconvenient then please let us know.
