Nestled opposite the beach at Greatstone and close to Dungeness, this property offers the perfect seaside escape. Enjoy a trip on the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway which runs from Dungeness to Hythe behind the property and is the perfect way to enjoy the stunning local landscape. Or, head to the nearby Dungeness Nature Reserve which starts opposite the property and offers a wide range of cycle and footpaths to explore. New Romney (3 miles) offers a range of shops and eateries or, slightly further yet within a 19-mile radius, the towns of Rye, Hythe, and Ashford offer a wider shopping experience. Tenterden (17 miles) is another great day out with its independent shops, Old Dairy Brewery, Chapel Down Vineyard, and Kent & Sussex Railway – something for all.

Enter this reverse-level property on the ground floor where you will find three of the four bedrooms. Heading to the rear of the house, you will find a large family room with a Smart TV and bifold doors that open out onto the garden. Completing the ground floor is a handy utility room/kitchenette with a washing machine, fridge, microwave and a kettle. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find the lounge/kitchen/diner which is dual aspect and has a balcony to the front of the property with sea views. Relax in the lounge area with two large comfortable sofas, armchair and a Smart TV, and light the wood burner after a long day of exploring. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you may need including an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and combi microwave.
