This 3 bedroom self-catering 18th century holiday cottage is just a few yards from the sandy beach at East Looe and a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage has retained many of its period features and boasts three good sized bedrooms with a master en-suite, gas central heating and an allocated parking space opposite the cottage.

ACCOMMODATION
Light and airy sitting room: with feature fireplace, two sofas, 32” TV, video.
Kitchen/diner: with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine, dryer and dining table to seat six.

Stairs up to the first floor.
Double bedroom:with 5ft king size bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
2 x twin bedrooms: both with two 2ft 6in single beds.
Family shower room: with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE
Small patio area to the front of the property. No outside furniture.

PARKING
Designated parking space for one medium sized car, almost opposite in seafront car park managed by East Looe Town Trust. (Please note the parking space is 7ft 2in wide and just under 15ft long) and terms and conditions apply to the permit provided.

Public parking available in local car parks in East and West Looe (fees apply).

ADDITIONAL
Included: Bed linen, towels (No beach towels are provided so guests are requested to bring their own), electricity and central heating (gas).
Pets: 1 – 2 dogs permitted (pets restricted to the downstairs area only). Pet Charge: £30.00 per pet per week.

Local Facilities: Beach 50 yards. Other south and north coast beaches easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants all in Looe. Polperro 4 miles. Plymouth 21 miles. Truro 29 miles.
