Located just 50m back from the main sandy beach in East Looe this double fronted Victorian holiday cottage has gas central heating and sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There is a large kitchen and dining area and the front bedrooms enjoy sea views through bay windows. The property has a parking space 10 yards from the cottage and is just a short walk to the sandy beach.

Large lounge: with brick fireplace, electric fire, two sofas, one armchair, 32” TV, DVD and video.
Kitchen/diner; with dining table to seat six, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Cloakroom; with WC and hand basin. Stairs up to the first floor.
Master double bedroom; with 5ft king size bed, TV and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds.
Second twin bedroom; with two 2ft 6in single beds.
Family bathroom: with corner bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Small front patio area.

PARKING
Designated parking space for one medium sized car, almost opposite in seafront car park managed by East Looe Town Trust. (Please note the parking space is 7ft 2in wide and just under 15ft long) and terms and conditions apply to the permit provided.

Public parking available in local car parks in East and West Looe (fees apply).
