Chic, neutral colours flow throughout the three-storey house, starting in the open-plan ground floor. Kitchen highlights include the overhead beams, range cooker and breakfast bar. Tuck into family or group meals at the dining room overlooking the valley and bay. The snug features a relaxation-ready easy chair and iPod docking station. Lots of you will fit on the long, L-shaped sofa in the living room where you can watch the Smart TV and relax beside the cosy wood burner. The windows in here offer valley views over to Pentewan Sands. The ground floor also features a utility room including a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room, which is accessible from the garden – handy for freshening up after a day at the beach. Head upstairs to the first floor, where you’ll find a super king-size bedroom and a twin room, both featuring dual aspect, garden and valley views. There’s also a single room and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The light and bright super king-size room in the loft features an en-suite shower room.

A house highlight has to be the extensive outdoor area with many places to relax amongst the lawns, flowers and shrubs. Make the most of the brick and slate, open-sided pavilion that boasts a wood-fired oven, to throw pizza nights while enjoying the impressive valley views. The front terrace with a BBQ is also a great spot for some al fresco dining. The sun sets over the hills opposite the house, creating the perfect setting to make spectacular countryside memories.
