Bedroom 3 with 3’ single bed.
Family bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

Spiral staircase leading to attic room with three 3’ single beds (reduced height at sides) leading to balcony with brilliant sea and coastline views.

Outside
Secluded, large garden comprising decked area with outdoor seating and beautiful sea view, leading to grass area and pathway providing beach access. (Please note the decking area does have low level fencing)

Parking for two medium sized cars outside the entrance gate to the property.
