This beautiful farmhouse has been lovingly converted into a luxurious home from home, perfect for a special group getaway to the Norfolk coast. In the centre of the village of Northrepps, the property is close to a popular pub as well as ample walks through the Norfolk Coast AONB. A shop can be found in Southrepps (2 miles), while the beautiful beaches at Overstrand and Trimingham are also within 2 miles. The popular seaside resort of Cromer – with its beach, pier and a large array of activities and attractions – is within 3.5 miles, while other must-visit days out include Amazona Zoo (3.5 miles) and Felbrigg Hall (3 miles).

Inside, the accommodation mixes high-end, modern finishes with character features such as exposed beams to create a relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor, the hallway leads through to a sitting room and a separate family room – both with comfortable seating, a TV with streaming services and a wood burner each.
