Local amenities, including a pub and restaurant are all within a 1-mile radius of the property, with a selection of beaches to choose from with Kingsgate Bay across the road and being nestled right in between Joss Bay (0.4 miles) and Botany Bay (0.5 miles). You will also be spoilt for choice for restaurants and pubs in Broadstairs, especially on the main strip and concentrated around the popular Viking Bay, beloved by Dickens. For play days, check out The Captain Digby just down the road from the property (0.1 miles), Revolution Skatepark (2 miles) for indoor skating and rock climbing, or a round of golf at the North Foreland Golf club (0.6 miles).

Inside, the property is light and airy, and boasts many original features; the decor is a tasteful blend of period and contemporary styles. On the ground floor, the sitting room and dining room are open plan, creating a flow through the main sitting areas and making it more spacious. There is a kitchen for all your culinary needs and a downstairs cloakroom.
