When evening descends, the upstairs living area commands the most glorious backdrop of the sea, with large corner sofa for comfortable evenings in.

Each with their own ensuite, the five bedrooms are beautifully spacious, offering a welcome retreat to sink into a deep slumber after a day soaking up the seaside air on the dunes of Greatstone Beach. Ascend to the top floor, where you will be greeted by the very best of the sea views, stretching along the Kent coastline, what better sight to wake up to.

Created with outdoor living in mind, the garden has been fantastically designed to enjoy come Summer or Winter. With a beautiful gazebo that offers a truly special spot for meals and drinks alfresco, designed by the wonderful owners with a rustic, hand-built outdoor kitchen and bar area, complete with a built-in gas BBQ grill and fridge. Children can stretch their legs in the seaside air in the enclosed lawn, mature garden, or with adults in tow step through the gate onto the long-stretch of pebble and sand beach, with the rolling sand dunes moments away.

Whether you are dreaming of long walks on the beach, swimming in the sea, or playing with the dogs in the sand, this exquisite beachfront abode has something for everyone to create

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.

Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Stag parties, groups under 30 and and loud music are not permitted.
No Chinese lanterns
No Fireworks
If bringing pets please ensure you clear up after them!
