On entering this delightful property you are greeted by a beautiful hallway giving access to the kitchen/dining room, lounge and utility room. When exploring the spacious and vibrant lounge you will discover it is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventuring and comes complete with a concealed TV.

Large patio doors which onto the terrace which all boast stunning river views. Heading into the bright and airy kitchen/diner, you will find an ideal dining area enjoying more of those breath-taking views. The elegant kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Exploring further, there’s a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer you will also find a drying room, with wet suits hanging rail, and a wet room with double shower as well as the ground-floor WC.

Heading back into the hallway and making your way up to the first floor you will find the family bathroom with bath and shower attachment and WC, heading up a few more steps there are three comfy bedrooms.There’s a super-king-size with en-suite shower and WC, and a king-size with en-suite bath with shower attachment and WC. Both of these rooms offer superb river views. On this floor you will also find a comfortable twin room.

Moving up to the second floor you will be meet by an incredible view through the French doors onto the balcony and beyond to the estuary.
