Large dog friendly four bedroom holiday home overlooking Ilfracombe harbour, sleeps 7 located close to cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Walk to beach, parking available locally in pay and display carparks.

The ground floor of this stunning house is open-plan and full of coastal charm. The kitchen area features contemporary units, a tiled floor and a distinctly nautical theme. Here you will find an electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, microwave and dishwasher, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Also on this floor is a shower room with WC. Dine at the large table or enjoy a morning coffee in the seating area beyond, where there is also a TV/DVD. Head upstairs and you’ll find the spacious lounge, which has pretty harbour views through original sash windows. Enjoy some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle below or make use of the TV/DVD available. On this floor is an elegant bedroom with king-size bed.

On the second floor are the three remaining bedrooms, one double with sea views, one twin with sea views and one single with an additional pull-out bed, all of which have been decorated in a similar charming coastal theme. Also, on this floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is a terrace with seating and a BBQ overlooking the harbour accessed across the path, perfect for summer afternoons and ideal for catching the last of the day’s rays.
