Devon sea view apartment in Ilfracombe right on the water’s edge with designated parking and WiFi internet access, ideal for couples or families with children over 5 years old. The golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are 20 minutes by car.

Ilfracombe is a busy place, year round. In summer it bustles with families making for the beach and in winter it has an undiscovered quaint, quiet charm about it. Within walking distance of your apartment is the centre of this seaside town, which has a wealth of varied restaurants, bars, galleries and shops to sample and wander around. For walkers, you can enjoy the South West Coast Path which can be accessed right outside your front door and enjoy the stunning views from the high cliffs in this part of Devon.

Staying here will also put you in an excellent position for exploring the whole area. Attractions such as pretty Clovelly, Valley of Rocks, Lynton, Lynmouth, Watersmeet and Exmoor National Park are just a short drive away. For sandy beaches with excellent surfing facilities, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are 15 minutes by car.

This attractive apartment, which is accessed by four external steps, is decorated with some original artwork and has two bedrooms for four guests. The first bedroom contains a double bed with a TV and the second bedroom has comfortable twin beds (limited storage space).

The nautically themed bathroom has a shower and WC. The seaward facing lounge/diner/kitchen makes the most of an open plan design. Comfortably arranged with ample seating including double sofa bed, the lounge has a TV with Blu-Ray DVD, so you can catch up on the best shows and your film favourites or just make the most of the uninterrupted sea views through the large bay window. The apartment also has dedicated Wi-Fi access. The kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

There is an allocated parking space provided for one car outside the apartment. Although there is no dedicated outside space, the property is in close proximity to the harbour or coastal path; both a short stroll from the property.
