Offering accommodation options for four guests, this cottage is perfect for family and friends looking for a special and unique hideaway by the beach. Thoughtfully curated, the downstairs comprises of a spacious kitchen well-equipped to cater for dining in, an inviting sitting room featuring a charming wood burning stove for extra warmth and ambient light, the option of two places to dine in the breakfast area or the dining room, an additional snug with a selection of books, a delightful conservatory with bi-fold doors to the garden, and a fantastic (optional) games room with pool table, and table football. Also located on the ground floor, bedroom three with an en-suite bathroom is ideal for less mobile guests, or those who prefer a bit more privacy.

Upstairs, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room hosts a double bed, and features a Juliet balcony with garden views. Outside, the fully-enclosed, wrap-around garden is a safe place for supervised children and dogs to play. There are several seating and terraced areas to choose from for enjoying a glass of wine as delicious food sizzles on the barbecue. Alternatively, find a quiet spot under a fruit tree to read a book from the snug, or catch some rays on the raised sun terrace.

Approached at the top of a private lane by a large wooden gate set back from Smugglers Lane.
Off-road parking for up to five cars.

Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Games room available for an additional fee of £100.
Hot tub available for an additional £250 fee (please enquire on booking. Please note, it is cleaned and refilled for each guest, so may not be up to heat on the first evening).
There is no starter pack (tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property.
