First floor: open plan living room. Lounge area with two sofas, armchair, TV, DVD player, iPod dock, dining table to seat 8 and patio doors to balconies on either side, with a dining table and chairs and a comfortable rattan sofa/chair on the front terrace; both balconies have stunning sea views. Kitchen area with electric cooker, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Outside
Two balconies with table and chairs, and a seating area — all with breath-taking sea views. There is also a patio and lawn area with a dining table to seat 8. The end of the garden area leads onto shared grounds enclosed by a low-level hedge. The house is 100 yards from the South West Coast Path.

For 2 cars: 1 car in front of the property and 1 car in front of the garage unit marked as number 2 .
