The large patio and deck areas in the garden are perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the stunning far reaching sea views and are just the perfect spot to sunbathe or indeed dine alfresco with both a fabulous outdoor dining table plus a further picnic bench available for guests use.
From the patio the lawn sweeps down towards the boundary wall which affronts the beautiful South West Coast Path, perfect for those who want to hike and explore it in either direction! Adjoining the patio is the sunny lounge dining room which allows for that all-important indoor-outdoor living but also can be made to be a cosy winter retreat with the help of the woodburning stove! 3 of the bedrooms have the privilege of enjoying those fabulous views and there are also 2 bath/shower rooms, a further twin bedroom and a spacious well-equipped kitchen too.
Just a 2-minute walk down the hill (using the South West Coast Path) and you are in the heart of Hope Cove with its two sandy beaches, fabulous pubs and restaurants and village shop.
This is an outstanding base for a relaxing or indeed action packed or adventure with your loved ones!

Ground Floor
Front door to entrance hall.

Master bedroom with 5ft king-size bed, built in wardrobe and bay window with stunning views of the sea.
Open plan lounge dining room with folding door so you can separate rooms should you wish to. Lounge area with 3-seater sofa, accent chair, Smart TV, wood-burning stove, and wooden window seat in bay window with beautiful views over the rear garden and sea beyond. Dining area with table seating up to 7, 2 sofas overlooking rear garden and sea beyond, with sliding doors to patio area.
Kitchen with eye-level double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine (guests to provide own pods) 4-slice toaster, kettle and integrated appliances including: large fridge, dishwasher, under counter freezer and washing machine. Small kitchen table with two chairs and side door to garden. There is a tumble dryer also available in the garage.
Family bathroom with bath and shower over (can be handheld if desired), sink, light-up mirror, heated towel rail and WC.

First Floor

Outside
To the side of the property there is a driveway and double garage. A wrap around path (with a small lawn area to the side) leads around to the front (sea facing) side of the house and then continues onto the far side and rear of the property.
To the front of the house, accessed from the lounge dining room is a fabulous patio area, the mid-section being paved and either side decked and furnished with picnic bench on one and a garden table and chairs on the other. A lawn sweeps down from the patio to the boundary wall (there is a small bank to one side of the garden where it would be recommended to supervise very young children/toddlers).
To the far side of the house there is a small raised area of lawn with a washing line and the pathway continues back around to the kitchen door and the rear of the double garage.
Parking
To the side of the house is a driveway with parking for approximately two cars in front of the double garage.

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), oil central heating. Highchair. One complimentary basket of logs is provided on arrival for stays from beginning October until the end of March.
