Three bedroom pet friendly cottage in Hope Cove just yards from the beach with sea views from every room, baby friendly ideal for families with children. The Hope and Anchor pub, Cove restaurant and Cottage Hotel are all just a stone’s throw away as is the South West Coast Path.

Accommodation
Ground floor:
Entrance hall.
Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, large wardrobe and TV.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds and large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk bed (top level not suitable for children under 6).
Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.
First floor:
Open plan living area.
Lounge area with two sofas, TV.
Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, fridge with ice box, small freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and dining table to seat 4/6.

Please note: This property is only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults (plus children to a maximum party size of 6).

Outside
No outside space however the property is less than 50 yards from the beach and coast path.

Parking
There is on road parking available in the village and along the lane to Inner Hope (just a short walk from the property). Otherwise, parking available in village car park 100 yards from the property (daily charges apply). There is a drop off area at the property for dropping off luggage.

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity and gas central heating. Travel cot and high chair. Good selection of baby equipment, board games and books.
Pets: Up to 2 well-trained dogs welcome. (Pet charge £30.00 per dog per week).
Telephone: Broadband and telephone at property. Mobile reception limited. Wi-Fi.
Local facilities: Sandy beaches under 50 yards. pub, restaurants, village shop and post office all within 100 yards. Salcombe 4 miles. Kingsbridge with all facilities 5 miles. Thurlestone, Bantham and Burgh Island all within a few miles’ drive, walk or paddle.
