Open plan living room with lounge area with large L-shaped sofa, armchair, bean bag, log burner, TV.
Dining area with table to seat up to 8 people.
Kitchen area with electric oven and induction hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, instant hot water tap, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided) and door to patio area.
Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6in double bed.
Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds.
Bedroom 4 with 3ft bunk bed.
Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC.

WARNING: The attic space, accessed by steep ladder stairs from the living area is not for guest use. If guests open the barrier and climb the stairs it is entirely at their own risk.

Large level patio at rear with table and chairs, 4 wooden recliners, gas barbecue, hot tub and outdoor shower. Raised slightly sloping lawn area above.
