Ground floor:
Lounge with two sofas and armchair, flat screen TV (with Netflix), DVD, iPod dock, CD player and woodburner.
Kitchen/ dining area with ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box and dining table to seat eight.
Sun room, boxes of games, French doors to the patio and garden.
Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed and en suite shower room with shower and heated towel rail.

First floor:
Bedroom 2 with 5ft King size bed and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with 2ft 6″ bunk beds and a 2ft 6″ single bed and chest of drawers.
Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Outside storage room with washing machine, storage space for beach equipment and additional fridge/freezer space.

Outside
Patio with garden furniture. Stone steps lead up to fabulous ¼ acre semi-enclosed garden with various seating areas, lawns, flower beds, wild areas, and tree-swings. Sea kayak for guests use.

Parking
For ONE car on the quiet lane in front of the property. There are a few public parking spaces available nearby, as available.

Included: Bed linen and towels (Guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), electricity, heating, initial basket of logs in winter. Travel cot, booster seat, stair gate.
Pets: One well behaved dog welcome (not upstairs). (Pet charge £30.00 per week).
