Holme Next the Sea pet friendly bungalow that sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms, ideal for families with children, fully enclosed large garden, parking, WiFi and renovated to a high standard.

Located on a private road in Holme-Next-The-Sea, this comfortable property has a cosy sitting room and a beautiful sunroom that doubles up as the dining room. It’s an easy walk to the beach and nature reserve and there is a private bridge directly onto the marshes from the wonderful, large garden.

A detached bungalow located on a private road which leads to the NWT Reserve. It has a wonderful, large garden to the rear which is fully enclosed, perfect for dogs and children. At the bottom of the garden is a private gated access to the marsh. You can literally walk for miles from your doorstep here.

Inside, the bungalow provides very comfortable accommodation for five guests. There is a cosy sitting room, a well equipped kitchen and a large sunroom which doubles up as a dining room stretching the width of the rear of the property.

There is a large gravelled parking area to the front, where the views again are lovely. At the bottom of the garden there is private access to the marsh and the small bridge is gated. The wildlife here is incredible, and you are within easy walking distance of the beach and nature reserve – just perfect!

A well-equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, larder style fridge freezer, microwave, sink, window and door to the conservatory.
Double bedroom
Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and window to the front of the property.
Twin bedroom
Full-size single beds, wardrobe and drawers with mirror and dressing table incorporated.
Bathroom
Tastefully decorated with electric shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Full-size single bed and wardrobe with mirror incorporated.

Outside:
There is parking for several cars on the gated gravel drive area to the front of the property.
To the rear is a large garden, laid to lawn with mature trees.
The garden is fenced (3 foot 6 inches high at its lowest point) and fully enclosed for dogs.
There is garden furniture and a barbecue.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
There is no starter pack (tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property.
