A beautifully presented four-bedroom holiday home within walking distance of Holme Beach and Nature Reserve, situated on the Peddars Way in the heart of the village of Holme-next-the-Sea. With a delightfully spacious kitchen, and a sitting room with a wood burning stove, this hideaway also features a fully enclosed rear garden and secure bike storage.

Offering flexible accommodation with four bedrooms including a twin room downstairs with en-suite shower room, ideal for a multi-generational holiday. There is a spacious kitchen/breakfast room and a light, airy sitting room with comfortable seating and a cosy Clearview wood burning stove. The rear garden is fully enclosed and ideal for children and dogs. It is situated opposite Parks Piece, which is an open field owned by the village and is ideal for dog walking and ball games.

The property lies on the Peddars Way in the heart of the old village and is five minutes from the White Horse Public House and restaurant.

Beautifully equipped and comprehensively fitted with double oven and extractor with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and cafetière. There is an extending dining table and chairs and french doors lead out onto the rear garden.

Washer/dryer, deep freezer, sink and towel rail.
Sitting room
A light and airy room with large comfortable corner sofa, Clearview wood burning stove, flat screen television/DVD player, selection of games and books and a rocking chair. Stairs leading to first floor.
Bedroom three
Situated off the kitchen, a pretty twin room with a chest of drawers with mirror over, wicker chair and hanging space.

Shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

First Floor:
Bedroom one
Double bedroom with wrought iron bed and lovely views over Parks Piece. Dressing table with mirror and hanging space.
Bedroom two
Good sized double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. Views over rear garden.
Bedroom four
Single room with cabin style bed with storage below (not suitable for very small children), chest of drawers with mirror over, wicker chair and shelving. This room also enjoys lovely views over Parks Piece.
Family bathroom
Double ended bath with shower attachment, wash basin, WC, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Outside:
To the rear is a good sized, fully enclosed and secure rear garden with attractively planted mature beds and paved area with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. There is a lockable shed which could offer storage for bicycles.
To the front of the house is parking for one car with further on road parking available.
