Entrance door to the spacious open-plan living area, with sofas and Smart TV, plus sun-room with window seats and patio chairs opening to the private terrace. Dining table with seating for 6.

Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, integrated oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom 1 with 5ft double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 with 3ft single beds, wardrobes and drawer space.

Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk beds and chest of drawers.

Shower room with shower cubicle.

Bathroom with hand basin, W.C., heated towel rail and tumble dryer.

Outside
Private, wide terrace with garden table, chairs and BBQ.

Parking
Designated parking space for 1 car. Further parking is available in the non-residents’ car park, just a stroll up the hill, at a charge of £2 per day.
From the car park, there is a flight of external steps down to the apartment, or alternatively, a longer slope. You can pull up directly outside the property for unloading suitcases and shopping.

Internet and Telephone: Internet speeds are good. No landline at Halliards. Mobile signal varies.

Local Facilities: Beach 50 yards. Outdoor heated pool on site (open beginning of May ’til end of Sept). Pubs: Ferryboat Inn in Helford passage and Shipwrights Arms in Helford. Local shop selling basics in Mawnan Smith, plus the Red Lion pub and Awna Café, 2 miles. Falmouth with all facilities 6 miles.
