Two bedroom stone cottage in Cornwall right on the water’s edge in Mousehole by the harbour and just a minute’s walk from the beach. An ideal place where you and your family can enjoy a coastal break.

Laze back in the living room, pop your feet up with a good book and take in those incredible views. On clear days grab the binoculars and spot St Michael’s Mount in the distance, and if it’s chilly light the fire and get cosy. Whip up your own cheffy creations in the immaculate kitchen or retire to your gorgeous en-suite bedroom for an indulgent afternoon nap with the sound of the sea soothing you off to sleep. Eat, sleep, laugh and unwind, then wake up and do it all again; this wonderful home is the epitome of luxury coastal escapism.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Property surroundings: Although private the terrace is open with the neighbouring property’s terrace. Next door’s residents also have right of way via this area to access their home
Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required.

To the front of the cottage is a stone terrace which can be reached from either the lower ground floor of the cottage or from the side gate which is on The Wharf
This lovely area is literally on the water’s edge and right next to the beach
Furnished with table, four chairs and a sun parasol it is the best place to take in the views

The Wharf
This privately owned car park at The Wharf is only a minute’s walk from the cottage along the public footpath but can fill up very quickly especially in the busier months. It only accepts coins and the charges and tariff as well as operating hours are subject to change.
