Cornwall four bedroom large group holiday home in the small village of Goonhavern, less than 10 minutes’ drive from Perranporth in North Cornwall. Superbly spacious, beautifully furnished, and kitted out to a very high standard, it’s perfectly suited to group getaways with friends as well as family holidays with all the clan.

Inside there are four light and airy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a big kitchen/diner, and a large open plan living room which has patio doors leading outside to a fabulous sun terrace with outdoor furniture and a Weber gas BBQ. The property’s private garden which wraps around the house offers plenty of space for children to stretch their legs in the fresh air, and a detached games room off the garden has cinema-style sofas, several bean bags, a wall-mounted TV and a pool table (which converts to air hockey and table tennis).

Ample off-road parking on the front driveway. There are also two free parking spaces available at the beach car park in Texaco Service Station at Perranporth Beach
