Fowey pet friendly two bed holiday cottage only half a mile from the sandy beach at Readymoney Cove, this comfortable attractive cottage, tastefully converted from a former mill, is tucked into one corner of a small group of stone-built cottages.

Entrance

A couple of steps and gently sloping path lead up to the fully-glazed low front doorway, which opens directly into the living room

Living/dining room

A typical cottage style room with natural exposed stonework and a beamed ceiling. There is a little dining area with pine table and chairs in the open plan living area. One step leads up to a warm and cosy lounge with seating arranged before an electric coal-effect stove set in the fireplace, television and a fully glazed back door.

Kitchen

A galley-style kitchen with fridge with ice box, electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and small table top dishwasher

Stairs

In one corner of the living room carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing.

Family bathroom WC

With a W.C., hand basin and shower over the bath.

Bedroom 1

Cottage style double bedroom with fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2

A cosy twin bedroom with two x 2ft 6in single beds (more suitable for pre-teens due to the size of the room).

This property is efficiently heated via central heating.

Outside
A low patio door opens from the lounge into a small rear garden with a gravel terrace and half a dozen steps leading up to a sheltered lawn with post and rail fencing and garden furniture overlooking the landscaped grounds. The property has the advantage of its own private lawned garden area to the front and rear of the cottage (not enclosed) with a communal children’s play area (dogs not permitted) and picnic benches for all visitors to enjoy. Pets must be supervised at all times, as should children when using the play area.
