Kitchen/diner with electric range cooker with double oven and grill and gas hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, cafetiere and electric milk frother, nutri-bullet. Dining table with seating for eight and Smart TV. French doors leading to garden.
Bedroom 1 with king size (5ft) bed, hanging space and under bed storage drawers. En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Stairs from hallway to first floor.
Bedroom 2 with king size (5ft) bed, wardrobe and under bed storage drawers.
Bedroom 3 with twin (3ft) beds, hanging space and under bed storage drawers.
Bedroom 4 with twin (3ft) beds, drawer unit and under bed storage drawers.
Bathroom luxuriously fitted with roll top bath, large walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside
French doors open from the dining kitchen onto a gravel pathway which surrounds the property. Steps lead up onto a large lawn, dotted with shrubs, and there is a comfortable decked seating area under a covered wooden arbour along with a large picnic bench.

Parking
Private parking through electric gates on gravel driveway at the front and side of the property with space for four cars.

Included: Bed linen and towels (bring own beach towels), gas central heating, electricity, WiFi and logs.

Children: All ages welcome, although no baby equipment is provided.
Pets: Two well behaved dogs welcome. Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking) and dogs must be fully housetrained and well behaved. Please note that there is a standard pet charge of £30 per pet per week.
Bike Storage: Secure within lockable garage.
EV Charging is not available at this property.
Bike Hire: New Forest Cycling or Pedall New Forest inclusive cycling, Burley.

Shops: Local village stores – 5 minute drive, Ringwood – 5 miles
Pubs: The Queens Head, Wathen Bartlett and The White Buck all in Burley.
Restaurants: Burley Manor – 15 minute walk.
Beaches: Highcliffe and Avon Beach – 10 miles (15/20 minutes by car).
Short breaks: Short breaks available from a Monday or a Friday outside of School Holidays.
Changeover: Friday.
Property: Self-catering holiday home.

Please note: The property for security reasons has a security camera on the side of the house covering the gated entrance and the garages. These are not in use when the house is occupied.
