The South West coastal path can be joined less than 100 yards from the property and offers some picturesque views and scenery. Overlooking Sandy Bay, located less than a mile outside of Combe Martin, a short drive or leisurely stroll leads you to the villages welcoming pubs, a post office, a bakery, an ice cream parlour, cafes and several convenience stores. Half a mile away is Newberry beach, great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Theme Park and Castle are both within 3 miles. Numerous beaches are within easy reach including Woolacombe (11 miles), Croyde and Saunton Sands (15 miles).
