Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, wine cooler, electric kettle, cafetiere, iron and ironing board.
Utility Cupboard: with Washing machine and Tumble dryer.
Master bedroom: Ground floor, with 5ft king size double bed, wardrobe and storage, TV/DVD player.
Second double bedroom: ground floor, with 5ft king size double beds wardrobe and storage, TV./DVD player.
Modern Bathroom with shower over “L” shaped bath, wash-hand basin, mirror and WC.
Additional WC and wash hand basin cloakroom on ground floor.
All rooms have efficient electric radiators.
Top Floor bedrooms:
Two Twin bedrooms: Both with two single beds in each room.
Top Floor shower room: with walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC.

Outside
The sun terrace runs in front of the house with a decking area with table and chairs, and a bistro table and two chairs on the lower terrace, to enjoy a coffee or a sundowner.The rest of the area in front of the property is sloped, with pathway running up to the entrance.

Please Note:

* Morwenna has a shared pathway with the Annexe guests. Once beyond the entrance path, these guests will take the private steps behind the property to reach their property which is raised above Morwenna’s roofline.

* The lower front garden has no fencing, so children must be supervised as this is a raised area above the road.

Parking
In the main public car park at the entrance to the village (charges apply/cash only). which is approx. a two minute walk from the property.

Please note: There is car access to unload right outside the property, briefly.

There is a local independent luggage taxi service available. If you would like your luggage delivered straight to your door. (charges apply)

There are no facilities for EV charging at this property.

Included: Bed linen and towels, but no beach towels are provided so please bring your own. WiFi, electricity and heating, travel cot and highchair.

Local Facilities: Polperro beach 5 minutes walk. Talland beach 1 mile. Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs and restaurants all in Polperro. Looe with more facilities and beach, 4 miles. Plymouth 25 miles. Truro 29 miles.
