A fantastic luxury property which exudes style and sophistication with a laid back and relaxing feel, and you can even bring a couple of dogs! This detached property is located in a fabulously quiet location, yet within easy walking distance of the sandy beach at Old Hunstanton. The village itself boasts a links golf course and a Michelin-starred restaurant.

This spacious, open-plan house will excite you from the moment you step inside. It is light and airy with bi-fold doors leading out onto the patio and enclosed garden. With a laid back and relaxing feel to it, you can even bring a couple of dogs with you on holiday! It comes complete with underfloor heating and boasts delightful open-plan living downstairs with a super-stylish kitchen and a sumptuous corner velvet sofa. There is a beautiful, fully enclosed garden to the rear of the property with a furnished sunny patio area, two steps down to the lawn, a further furnished patio area with a corner unit and dining table, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue.
Parking for three cars on the driveway, further parking is available on the road outside the driveway. The road is a cul-de-sac and therefore there is little passing traffic.
There is an EV charging point at the property that is payable via an App – more details are provided at the property.
