Sleeping:
Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the master bedroom, which features a king size bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and sea views.
Ensuite to the master bedroom with walk in shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
Second bedroom features a king size bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables.
Ensuite to the second bedroom with walk in shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
Third bedroom features a zip and link king size bed (can be made into two singles), freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
Family bathroom features a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, WC and basin.

Outside:
Patio accessed from the living room and master bedroom, where you can watch the world go by with beautiful views over Gyllyngvase beach and the ocean. The balcony includes a bistro dining table and chairs.
One allocated parking space in ground floor car park (space 35).

No smoking within the property or anywhere on the premises.

Cautionary deposit of £300, due with full balance.
Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
Book a 3 or 5 night break and get an extra 2 nights free. This offer is available from November to Easter (excluding school holidays).
Please note The Liner development has CCTV located in the main entrance, car park and ground floor communal areas.
