Four bedroom pet friendly beach house in West Sussex located on a private beach estate in Elmer. The house sleeps 8 with a private hot tub and benefits from wonderful sea views and direct beach access.

Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac on a private estate, Sealight is a four bedroom West Sussex beach house with wonderful sea views and direct access to the coastal path and Elmer Sands beach. It boasts a 700 sq.ft south facing open kitchen/living/dining and its unique upside down layout allows the most sociable spaces to enjoy beautiful panoramic sea views. As there is no public car park nearby, the beach is never crowded. It is ideal for paddle boarding and two paddle boards are available for our guests to use.

The space
Upstairs:
– A 700 sq. ft open kitchen/living/dining area with balcony. Panoramic Seaviews

– 1 double bedroom with two single beds
– 1 large shower room with wc

– 1 utility room with sink and washer / dryer

Things to note​
Sealight is located on a peaceful and friendly private estate. It is ideal for family holidays and gatherings but is not suitable for hen or stag dos, or similar parties.

Self check-in with key safe from 4pm. Check-out by 10am.

2 small/medium well-behaved dogs are welcome when requested at time of booking at an extra charge of £45.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

There is parking available on the driveway with space for 3 cars. Please note that there is no additional parking on the estate.
