Elegant three bedroom Georgian holiday home in Sidmouth, Devon right on the beachfront sleeping six guests in two queen size bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids.

Once inside your duplex-apartment, you’ll be surrounded by grand furnishings, period features and sinkable sofas inviting you to relax and unwind in comfort. Large sash windows frame seaside vistas where you can sit and watch the world go by with a glass of something chilled. Mealtimes are a joy; the modern kitchen offers all the space for budding chefs to prepare holiday feasts and long summer evenings can be spent on the outdoor terrace, firing up the barbecue and chatting into the night.

Two beautiful bedrooms await weary heads and a quirky bunk-room will have the children racing to bed to plan their next day’s adventure. Lazy lie-ins are welcome and you can savour your morning coffee from your bedroom balcony, with only the sound of waves for company.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

Furnished roof terrace to the rear of the property, accessed through the kitchen. Although this space is access from the ground floor, the slope of the landscape means it is in an elevated position.
The roof terrace is laid with Astroturf and features a barbecue and herb garden (please note the rear garden is used as access to the upstairs flat)

Guests have use of the facilities of the Royal York Hotel with 10% in the restaurant and cafe bar, as well as preferential rates in the Spa
Guest can also use the Sidmouth Tennis, Croquet and Cricket club facilities.

Parking permit provided for one car with unloading area in the car park to the rear of the property
