The front door of this property opens onto a hallway which leads guests directly to the spacious kitchen/diner which overlooks the pretty back garden. This light-filled room has a well-equipped kitchen area where guests will find everything they need including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The dining area has a large table comfortably seating six, and doubles as a family room, offering a TV and patio doors which open out onto the garden. There is also a small snug on the ground floor as well as cloakroom with a WC. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the lounge is located.
This spacious room lends itself to allowing guests to truly relax and unwind, with its large corner sofa, two comfortable easy chairs, and a TV/DVD with Sky. There is a twin room on the first floor too, a light and airy room with views to the sea. A second flight of stairs take guests to the second-floor where there are two further bedrooms, the first of these is the master suite, which has a king-size bed, sea views, and a new for 2022 contemporary en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The third bedroom, meanwhile, is a cosy twin room with Velux windows over the beds. The family bathroom has also been refurbished for 2022 and is on the second floor, offering a shower-over-bath and WC.
To the front of the property there are shared lawned gardens for guests to enjoy. At the rear of the property, there is an enclosed garden with furniture, which is accessed through the French windows in the dining area. The property comes with two off-road parking spaces.
