This is one of four cottages in a row in Bantham offering modern, accommodation for six people in two bedrooms plus sofa bed, views looking over Bigbury Bay and Burgh Island.

Step up to the Ground Floor:

Entrance hall.
Family Bathroom with shower over bath, basin, WC, shaver point and heated towel rail.
Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink and drying space.

First Floor:

Lounge Dining Room with beautiful views over the bay, sofas and armchairs including a comfortable convertible sofa bed, dining table and chairs to seat up to six, Smart TV and fast WiFi, Blue-ray DVD, feature electric fireplace.

Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
Kitchen with superb views over the bay, built in electric fan-assisted oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine.
Bedroom 1 with king size 5ft bed fitted wardrobes, dressing table, TV and electric panel heaters, USB charging plugs.
Bedroom 2 with Twin 3ft single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, USB charging plugs.

Outside
To the front of the cottage entrance there is space for sandy boots, buckets and spades.

Parking
One car can normally be accommodated in the car park which the cottages share with the Sloop Inn. However at busy times access and availability of space may be restricted.

Additional car parking is provided on Bantham Ham (privately owned ) approx 150 yds from the cottage. One season ticket is provided for each cottage to enable parking on the ham whilst guests are on the beach, or parking is restricted at the Inn. (NO boat trailers are permitted.)

Included: Bed linen, (not towels – guests are asked to provide their own or towels may be hired from an independent local company, www.3sheetstothewind.co.uk). Towels will be provided for overseas guests. High chair available – please advise at time of booking if required. Electricity, water, night store heating.
Pets: 1 well behaved dog is welcome, (strictly not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at the property) Pet charge £30 per dog per week.
