A spacious and light detached holiday home; it is ideally situated just a short walk from the charming small town of St Agnes as well as the picturesque beach of Trevaunance Cove.

The bright and airy accommodation is all located on the ground floor; the large open-plan living area comprises of a well-equipped kitchen fitted with an oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar with seating for four. Included in this area is the cosy sitting room with comfortable seating, television with streaming services and bi-folding doors leading to the delightful, spacious garden with decking area, garden furniture and barbeque.

Off from the entrance is the first of the two bedrooms with two cosy twin single beds. Between the rooms is the family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC. At the end of the hallway is the main bedroom with a plush king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and doors leading to the garden. The cottage comes with private parking for up to two cars, perfect for those days when you want to just explore your local surroundings.

St Agnes a charming little town packed with independent shops, cafes and restaurants; everything holiday makers need. Just down from the town is the wonderful beach of Trevaunance Cove, explore its rock-pools, head to the western side to discover the old harbour remains or try your hand at surfing. The famous South West Coast Path is accessed close by and is worth the walk to take in the stunning views and visit near by sites such as Wheal Coates.
