This deceptively spacious bungalow is a home from home with a stylish décor throughout, yet offering thoughtful features that mean you can enjoy time as a group, yet still benefit from your own space with two living rooms and a secluded cabin.

The living area has space for the whole group to curl up and chat by the glow of the log burner, and there’s a second living area too, so there’s plenty of space to settle down for a catch up over a glass of bubbly. For those special meals with the group, you’ll find a kitchen to inspire even the most reluctant of cooks. When it’s time to unwind, the bubbling Jacuzzi hot tub* outside makes the perfect way to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and chat under the stars.

Kitchen with beamed ceilings, floorboards, two ovens, gas 8 burner range, fridge freezer, under counter fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender and toaster as well as crockery and kitchenware. For toddlers; plastic plates, tumblers and two high chairs. DAB radio, blackboards, wall mounted LCD TV and a feature traditional rayburn stove (Not operational).

Second lounge with vaulted ceiling, impressive wooden beams and a suspended hand crafted driftwood light fixture, providing plenty of space as it once was used as the village hall, Two large cream sofas, Large inglenook fireplace with woodburner and safety guard, 42” LCD Freeview TV with an impressive surround sound system, or enjoy the selection of board games around the extendable dining table that seat 12.

Bedroom Six “The Cabin” – Double bed in a beautifully styled private cabin in the garden is the perfect hideaway. Bedside tables, chest of drawers with freeview LCD TV, sofa and arm chair. French patio doors lead out onto decking space and behind the 2 way partition is a large walk-in shower cubicle, w.c, washbasin, mirror and vanity unit.
The holiday cottage sleeps 12 as standard from its 6 bedrooms (including the lodge cabin in the garden!) But the cottage sleeps 16 with the optional 2x single guest bed hire and double sofa bed in the garden lounge.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Ample opportunity for exploration with a lower patio, gravelled area, upper terrace and two gardens laid to lawn. The outside areas are all fenced in and enclosed for privacy, as well as for the security of your dogs and the little ones. There is also a hot & cold outside shower, BBQ, 2 patio furniture sets, bike, surfboard and wetsuit storage…. and 6 seater hot tub* jacuzzi.

Driveway hosts a PAYG app service EV car charger.

A STEP INTO HISTORY
Built in 1907 by George Style a reputed millionaire who gifted the house to the parish as a drill hall (Village hall) and miniature rifle range which was short lived as in the early part of 1920 it was converted into a dwelling by an artist who exhibited at the Royal Academy in Paris salon and in the Provinces, In 1927 the house was sold and renamed “Streamways” because of the sound of the valley stream and its legacy lives on….

*Note streamways does not permit all girl groups. sorry!
