This beautiful property adds more than a touch of luxury to holidays in one of South Devon’s prettiest coastal villages, and is the perfect place to enjoy a family getaway or relaxing breaks with friends.

With its own entrance at the back of the building and a bright and airy atmosphere throughout, The Penthouse offers a well-equipped, luxurious holiday home that has fantastic views over the Ley, village and beach from its open plan living area and kitchen. Tasteful furnishings, modern features, and plenty of space for all means you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step inside, while its three gorgeous bedrooms, two bathrooms and a washroom provide ample space for six guests, and the perfect base for exploring the delights of South Devon.

At The Beach is situated in the village of Torcross, set within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Steps away from the apartment are Slapton Ley Nature Reserve and bird sanctuary on one side and a three-mile shingle beach on the other side, which was used as a training ground for the US Army in the preparation for the D-Day in World War II.

The calm, safe waters are ideal for families. Positioned within easy reach of some of South Devon’s best beaches at Blackpool Sands, Hallsands and Thurlestone. The area is fantastic for coastal walks, bird watching and sight-seeing. If you want to explore further afield, Dartmouth (9 miles), Kingsbridge (7 miles) and Salcombe (13 miles) are within easy reach.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Coffee Machine: Built-in bean-to-cup coffee machine in addition to a free standing Tassimo coffee and drinks pod machine
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Property surroundings: For guest’s safety, 16 At The Beach has a motion sensor Ring Doorbell, which records guests and visitors when approaching the front door.
